These conditions of use regulate access to and use of the website www.diater.com that DIATER makes available to Users on the Internet. DIATER can offer services through its website which may be subject to their own particular conditions, on which it shall inform the User in each individual case. Access to and navigation of this site implies the unconditional acceptance of these conditions of use.

3. Access to the website

This website is aimed exclusively at Users of legal age (18 years). In general, prior registration as a User is not required to access and use this website, without prejudice to the need to register for the use of certain services or contents thereof. The data on the Users obtained through subscription or registration are protected by means of passwords chosen by the Users themselves. The User undertakes to keep his/her password secret and to protect the same from unauthorised use by third parties. The User undertakes to use the website, content and services in accordance with the law, these conditions of use, good practices and public order. Likewise, the User undertakes not to use the website or services which are provided through it, for purposes or effects which are illegal or contrary to the content of these conditions of use, damaging to the interests or rights of third parties, or that in any form may damage, disable or disrupt the website or its services, or prevent normal enjoyment of the website for other Users. DIATER S.A. does not grant any type of license or authorisation of personal use to the User regarding its intellectual and industrial property rights or any other right related to its website and the services offered in the same. Therefore, the User acknowledges that the reproduction, distribution, marketing, transformation, and in general, any other form of exploitation, by any procedure, of all or part of the contents of this website would be a violation of the intellectual and/or industrial property rights of DIATER S.A. or the owner of the same.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

In the event that any conflict or dispute concerning the interpretation or implementation of these Conditions of use arises, the Courts and Tribunals that, where appropriate, will be made aware of the matter will be those that have competent jurisdiction under the applicable legislation, and that, where the matter pertains to end consumers, correspond to the place of fulfilment of the obligation, or that of the registered address of the consumer. All of the above without prejudice to the competence of the User to attend the Consumer Arbitration Board in his/her area. In the case of a company, both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid (Spain), expressly waiving their rights to any other jurisdiction.

DIATER reserves the right to develop or update the Legal Notice at any time. The User should therefore read it on a regular basis.
