Practical advices

In case of allergy to pollens

     - When travelling in a car, keep the windows completely closed.
     - Check the air conditioner filters.
     - Avoid going to the countryside in spring and on windy days.
     - Avoid drying clothing in the open air.

In case of allergy to mites

     - Keep rooms as functional as possible, avoiding objects that accumulate dust, such as rugs, curtains, shelves with books, CDs, etc.
     - Ventilate rooms appropriately and avoid humidity, keeping areas as dry as possible.
     - Use special pillows and mattresses especially designed for allergy sufferers.
     - It is not advised to have pets in the house.

In case of allergy to animals

     - Avoid having house pets in the house and insofar as is possible, avoid contact with the animals to which you are allergic.
